Fundamentals - A beginners class working with fundamental poses and an
introduction to flow vinyasa
Core Blast - A level 1 - 2 flow vinyasa class with a focus on building core
strength
Ashtanga Inspired - An all levels class working with the Primary series
Progressive Play - A fun 90 min workshop style class on various aspects of
yoga to improve and enhance your practice.
A slow progressive class that allows you to really 'feel' and 'be' in each pose. Designed to target the ligaments & tendons directly in a safe and healthful manner while indirectly stretching & releasing the associated muscle groups.
Yin is a great complement to more 'yang' or rigorous yoga or sports.
Pilates - An All Levels class, working through the classical mat
series with added complexities to allow each student to make the class as
challenging as they want it to be.
Pilates (Child Friendly) - An All Levels class where all people are
welcome; men, women & children. Two teachers will be working the room to
make sure everyone is being well looked after.
